Is your jewelry gold plated?

All our jewelry items are gold or rhodium plated.

Do you provide any guarantee or warranty of your products?

Our products are high quality. But jewelry’s life depends on how much you use and care for it. Therefore, any guarantee or warranty cannot be provided. For longer jewelry life, please avoid water and perfume and always store it in a closed box.

How long the jewelry is going to keep it color/polish? Will it fade away?

Jewelry life depends on its frequency of use and how well it is cared for. Therefore, it cannot be estimated that how long the color is going to stay. In our experience, if it is properly cared for, its color stays fresh for years. Therefore, for longer jewelry life, avoid water and perfume and always store it in a closed box. Pack each jewelry item separately with a tissue paper, plastic bag or a pouch.

What if the product I received is damaged?

If you receive damaged products, we will replace the item free of charge.

Will I receive exactly the same product as in picture?

Please note that we photograph our items ourselves, and we do not treat our product pictures with photo shop in order to enhance it colors or features. We do our best to photograph a picture as close to real as possible.

In terms of product design and features, you will receive exactly the same product. However, due to variations in screen type, size and screen resolution of customer’s cell phone or computer, the color of product polish or stones may slightly vary from the real object.

Is there any delivery charges?

We deliver FREE within Pakistan if your total payable amount is over Rs. 2000, otherwise delivery charges are Rs. 200

In how many days will I receive my order?

Our estimated delivery time to most cities in Pakistan is 2-3 working days, however, most orders are delivered next day after dispatch. Orders to the cities in Balochistan and other far off parts of the country may take upto 5 working days to deliver.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. If it is canceled after dispatch, the customer is liable to pay Rs.400 for the courier charges incurred on in dispatching and return of order.

Can I check the items at the time of delivery?

Please note that your order is delivered in a sealed packing in order to avoid theft during transit. The courier company does not provide the facility for customer checking the product before payment. The delivery man is not our employee and his role is only to deliver and collect payment.

It is our responsibility to have the right product delivered to you. If you receive your order in sealed packing, we are responsible for the contents of the packet and any issues you may have.

What if I don’t like a product, can I return or exchange?

We work on no-return no-refund policy because of the nature of the products we sell and difficulties incurred in refund process.

However, our customers have the right to exchange their purchase. Following terms have to be followed in case of exchange.

  • We must be notified of your intention to exchange the product within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product should reach us within 7 working days after an exchange request has been initiated
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging with receipts and should be unused and fault/damage free
  • Customer is liable to pay Rs. 400 as shipping and handling for an exchange
